Prescriptions [QB/QBX/ESX]

I wanted it to be like an expansion/dlc onto my medical script but the whole idea came from somebody else who wanted it for their server. This is more of a roleplay side tool than anything for those who are really invested in medical RP.

Features:

• 20 pre-configured medications for pain, therapy etc.
• Prescription pad locked behind configurable jobs + ranks.
• Ability to add effects, healing, stress relief to specific medications.
• Create your own effects and new medications if capable. 
• Additional logging for your server's EMS team to keep track of all outgoing prescriptions.
• Max amount and interval values to prevent players from taking too many of a specific pill at a time.
• Multi location support for Pharmacies with configurable ped/animations.
• Configurable prescription expiry date from when it is given. (7 days irl by default)
• Utilizes item metadata for both ox inventory, old qb-inventory and new qb-inventory.

The README has all the items needed to be added and it comes with an image folder.
